Patriotic Flag Program

The Sons of the American Revolution promote patriotism as part of its charter. The Patriotic Flag Program is a way for a chapter to recognize citizens or organizations who regularly and properly display the Flag of the United States.

The Dr. Enemund Meullion Chapter presents two Flag Certificates on November 15, 2025.

Juandie Jarrell, First Federal Bank of Louisiana in Pineville Manager,
and Rebecca Gallent were presented with a Flag Certificate.

Jeff Robichaux, CEO of Ratcliff Construction, was presented with a
Flag Certificate for Ratcliff Companies.
